OUR VISION

To continue to develop a growing multi faceted business with a focus on family values that could influence the general construction industry into appreciating the importance of parenting and family.

To multi skill employees to enhance security during their career despite the industry’s cyclic nature of economies and demand.

To create a working environment that develops mutual loyalty between management and staff.

OUR MISSION

To follow the company’s ethic Integritas, Honestas et Diapheneitatem (Integrity, Honesty and Transparency).

To hide something is to know it is wrong, yet lack the fortitude to learn from it or fix it.

The word “Service” implies assistance, benefit, appropriateness, usefulness and value. Our mission is to remain mindful we are a service industry that provides these things for the benefit of clients and the community as a whole.

The company growth depends on individuals feeling valued and of worth; maximising morale, whilst harnessing the resource that are our people; focussing on ensuring a team spirit of sharing success and responsibility alike.

To maintain a company wide culture using words like ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘ours’ to replace ‘I’ ‘me’, ‘my’ and ‘mine’.

HISTORY

Brock Constructions originally began in 1990 with works initially conducted primarily within Victoria, Australia. Early works consisting mainly of deep basement excavations in Deepdene Toorak and various other areas over time led to involvement with road works, environmental cleanups, coffer dam construction, marinas and larger civil construction works both in Australia and overseas. This has given the company a broad range of capabilities and interests.
