Foreman and Plant Operator for Andy’s Earthmovers nee Paradise, Resources. Work included basic earthworks on various machinery, working unsupervised on various Projects, machine maintenance and repairs. Have successfully quoted supervised and completed a number of projects. Have been hired out as a works supervisor to Lugerzone Pty Ltd., Transfield Obayashi, and Global Shaping Pty Ltd.

November 1988 To June 1991
Began Brock Constructions Civil Earthworks and Demolition Co. Works consisted of demolition and earthworks of Caulfield race course grand stand project, demolition and deep basement excavations for high rise commercial property developments, in Deepdene, Glen Iris, and Box Hill. Along with cut to fill projects, some highway works hire and other minor projects.

Worked for Big Cat Plant Hire as earthworks supervisor. Work included managing earthworks machinery, personnel and projects.

Owner/operator of John Deere 570 Grader. Final trim roadwork’s and hire for various companies/plant hire agencies.

Graduated from Fairfield Infectious Diseases Hospital as State Enrolled Nurse and worked as agency staff and part time plant operator for Various earthmoving companies.

Trained as an S.E.N. at Fairfield whilst doing some night shift work for Hoare Brothers Earthmoving.

1972 – 1983
Began work as a plant operator on dozers, scrapers, front loaders, graders and other machinery as available in Twizel – N.Z.Started in-service training as a surveyor, developing basic plan reading and surveying skills with the Ministry of Works, NZ. Resumed work as a plant operator and spent sometime training operators.

Arrived in Australia, Nov 1979.
Worked for various earth moving companies throughout Australia, as a plant operator, leading hand and foreman. Companies include Twigg earthmoving, Iraqi Industries in Weipa, Theiss in Loy Yang Victoria, Leighton Contracting at Jabiru uranium mine NT, Teutonic Bore copper mine WA, Substation works at Geelong Victoria And Mt Waverly Police Academy.Cooks Construction at Mudgee Highway relocation NSW and Hastings Marina Vic.
